The section gives you the ability to manage your Journey campaigns in a more effective way, via our published tool.

With a single view of all your Journey campaigns in one place, you can see the date the campaign was created, who created it, the journey category, how many people were added, active and ejected from the journey. With easy access to edit the journey, with the additional elements of viewing more in depth results, editing, deleting, stopping the journey, archiving and duplication features.

You are able to filter the Journeys based on their category, status, created date as well as searching for the Journey name or group.

The below outlines a breakdown of the items available within the table:

Journey: This offers a quick snapshot of the campaign:

  •  Journey name (this can be customised when in the Journey builder)
  •  When the Journey was published
  •  Who the Journey was created by
  •  The status of the Journey (active or archived)
  •  And the Journey category

Added: This provides an insight at a glance of the number of contacts who have met the criteria for the Journey and have been entered into it. This number represents the number of passengers who have been added to the Journey since the publish date.

Active: This provides an insight at a glance of the number of passengers who are currently processing through the stages within the Journey and are yet to complete the last step.

Ejected: This provides an insight at a glance of the number of passengers who have been removed from the Journey. This may be because they have simply processed through and ended the Journey or they are no longer eligible to remain in the Journey for reasons such as unsubscribing to an email.

View builder: This allows for easy access to return to the Journey canvas to make alterations, add stages and republish the Journey.

Manage Options: The button offers a range of options to manage your campaigns, as listed below:

  •  Results

This will take you to the results summary page for that Journey. Here you can view the email related results from those within your Journey. There are an array of metrics available for you to analyse e.g. number of emails sent, delivered, open rate, click through rate, bounced and unsubscribed. The results area will also highlight the email title and the type of email, whether that be sales or marketing.

  •  Edit details: This will open a pop up which will allow you to edit the name, description and category of the Journey. This may be useful if the purpose of the Journey alters over time as content/stages are added.
  • Delete: This will completely delete your Journey should you no longer need it - please advise that once deleted there will be no way to retrieve it again.
  • Stop the Journey: This will completely stop your Journey. Please note that once a Journey is stopped, it cannot be restarted again.
  •  Archive: This option is to keep an updated view of your active Journeys. By using this feature, it will simply hide it from your active Journey list. Note that these can always be found by changing the filters of your campaign, and we do not delete the campaign.
  • Duplicate: With our duplication functionality, we have made it quick and easy to duplicate your Journeys, when needed. By selecting the duplication option, it will redirect you to a copied version of your Journey. It will copy the steps within your Journey and the content.

Create a New Group: By clicking on the green create a new group button within the published area of the Journeys, you will be prompted with a pop up. This feature allows you to categorise your Journeys into groups, and consequently, folders.

This is a great way to quickly see what Journeys you have published surrounding that category, allowing you to fill any automation gaps as required.

By grouping journeys together, it will also provide a totalled summary of how that journey is performing. Groups are also useful to keep an organised view of your published journeys and therefore making it easier to manage rather than scrolling through a long list of journeys.

List View: This feature allows you to adjust the viewing settings of the Journeys to your personal preference, simply turn the list view switch off and on to view in a list of tile format.
