The purpose of this functionality is to allow you customise your email send address within your journeys.

Whitelabel email DNS records from the settings area need to be added to your domain to allow the platform to send emails from your company's email domain anonymously i.e. so we can send emails from xxxx@examplecompany.com without flagging this as sent via the Platform Mail.

Set Up

Click on the “Manage Whitelabel Settings” button.

Then enter the username of your whitelabel email (this is what you want to name it), and

enter the domain you want to send emails from.

  • Click ‘Create Whitelabel’.

Once your whitelabel has been created, another widget will appear. Click on the ‘View DNS

Records’ button.

  • Installation by A Web Developer

You will need to install the DNS records to complete the process. You can email them to

your web developer for them to do this process for you. Simply enter their email address and

an automated email will be sent from the platform to them with a link to upload the records.

  • Installation by You

You can also add the DNS records yourself in house.

Click on “Install Myself” to source the DNS records.

Once the records have been added, go in and click on ‘Verify’ (in the top right) to check if they have successfully uploaded.

This Warm Up Schedule advises you on the number of email sends on your first journeyfrom the platform. We advise that your first email send from the Zym platform is sent outgradually as a drop campaign to warm up and protect your domian reputation and improve email deliverability results in future.

Not completing this step may cause your future emails to be blacklisted and go to spam, or bounce completely. This is irreversible, so it is definitely worth completing this step.

The diagram above outlines the recommended number of sends per day until your campaign is launched to the desired number of contacts.
