An Overview of the Automate Workflows Area

The following instructional guide will give an overview of the Journey area within the Zym.ai platform.

Create 

The Create tab within the Automate area is the central location to create your automated workflows. Initially you will select the type of campaign you wish to start with (Create from Scratch or Create from Template) and then the collateral you wish to include within the campaign.

 You will then be redirected to the builder area where you will begin to develop and publish the automated campaign.

 Planner

The Planner area outlines the Journey campaigns which are a draft, require edits, require approval or are approved but yet to be published.

Here you are able to assign the Journey to another owner, adjust the status of the campaign,return to the builder to make edits and duplicate, delete or archive the campaign. You can export the planner area in a CSV format.

 Published

The Published area outlines the automated campaigns which have been activated and the analytics. Here you can easily see how many contacts have been added to the journey, how many are active and how many have been ejected.

You can easily make edits or additions to the journey by clicking on the view builder button.

By clicking on the manage button you can view results, edit details, delete, stop the journey, duplicate or archive the journey.

 Settings

The Settings area should be completed before launching a Journey campaign.

You will need to configure the email whitelabel setting. This will allow you to customise the username and domain elements to your email address for sending Journey emails to align with your brand.
