An Overview of the Strategy Area

 The Strategy area is accessed from the top bar menu. 

  1. Personas 

Marketing starts with your target audience, who you are trying to reach. Having a clear vision of your target persona is the essential starting point of any marketing strategy. Zym’s persona builder wizard helps you build the profile of your target persona step by step including their demographics, key objectives, their barriers to sale and how you can help them. 

When you build a persona profile, it creates a one page overview of that target persona, which can be emailed or printed.

 If you have multiple target personas, build them all in this area so as your team has a clear vision of who to target. Then build your marketing plans based on your persona and which stage they are at on their buyer journey, this will increase marketing and sales results. 

  1. Customer Journey 

The next key part of your strategy is to may out the customer’s journey towards a purchase with you – their steps along the way, so as you can start to think about having the right information to provide at the appropriate stage of their journey.

  1. Clusters
