Whitelabel email DNS records from the Connect area need to be added your domain to allow the platform to send emails from your email domain anonymously i.e. you can send emails from xxxx@examplecompany.com without flagging this is sent via the platform Mail.
Checking Whitelabel Email Set-Up:
- Click Verify in the connect Whitelabel area.
- Ensure you haven’t included the domain at the end of the Host records, in below example you remove ‘.emcompass-cx.com’ leaving just ‘em7811’ as the first Host detail.
- Some DNS Hosts will require the full stop others won't. Try without the full stop first, if it does not validate on the platform in the Whitelabel area, then try without the full stop, see example below
