Website Tracking Code
The tracking code is placed behind your website to activate tracking for each of your individual web visitors. The website tracking code provided in the setup area should be placed just before the closing head tag of the website.
Checking Website Tracking Code Set-Up:
- You’ll know when added as you will see tracking of each visitor on the Website visitors page.
- Note: Total website visitors being shown on the dashboard does not mean website tracking has been added, these stats are pulling from Google Analytics.
- To double-check if tracking code is in place, visit their website.
- Right-click and select ‘View Page Source’
- Press CTRL + F.
- Search for: ds360. This will find the tracking code if it’s on the site.
- Compare this with the tracking code in their connect area.
