What is a sales cadence?

A sales cadence, in Zymplify, is a sequence of sales touchpoints with a lead that you can plan and monitor from within your platform. It is typically a schedule for sales reps to follow up with each prospect via phone, email, and social media channels and includes templates and blueprints for your team to use. 

Sales cadences start at the first point of contact and continue through a sequence of interactions until the prospect is either converted into a sales lead or deal or exits the cadence and goes onto your nurturing list. 

Why would you need a sales cadence?

The whole idea of a sales cadence is to help you to diversify your sales outreach program by getting in touch with prospects across multiple channels. Some prospects are more receptive over the phone, while some may prefer email or social media. Therefore, your sales cadence must include multiple channels to connect with a prospect. Using a sales cadence helps your business and your sales reps get more engagement with your leads in a structured and visible way

Sales Cadences in Zymplify can consist of a sequence that has the following methods of sales outreach:
