What is a Sales Pipeline?
A Sales Pipeline is a visible way to track the team's progress of selling your product of service. Having solid pipeline procress will help you close more deals effectively with shorter timeframes.
How do I Set up my Sales Pipeline?
- Go to Sales > Pipeline
- Navigate and Click on Actions located on the top corner of the dahsboard then click on Edit Pipeline
In this area you can add /modify the stages of your Sales Process as well as deleting a pipeline.
You can have multiple pipelines based on different campaigns - It is entirely up to you
- Customise your deal Outcomes Sales > Actions > Outcomes
- Connect Your Email
Connecting your email account will allow you sending emails from your CRM. All your email conversations will appear in the contact timeline
