To help you get started quickly with your implementation plan, access the platform tutorials and learn how it’s done from our experts in each area.
To access all of the platform tutorials, click on the Learn menu on the top right of the screen and select platform tutorials - you will then be able to see all of the platform tutorials, just click and play the one you want to watch. You will get the screen below.
To access each platform area’s specific platform tutorials, just click the help button on the top right corner, while in the feature you want to learn more about and display only that area’s platform tutorials. An example is given below for the platform tutorials for the Contact search feature.
