How to maximise the use of the Social Planner Area

It is really important for business to keep track in the content that you are pusblishing to your future customer.  

We have created a planner areas to keep track and manage all the social post going from your account.

Date/Time: Post has been or due to be pusblished.

  • Channel (s): Where your posts are being posted to. 
  • Copy: which is the title of your post. 
  • Media: a quick image of what your post looks like. 
  • Assigned to: Person responsible for creating the social post. (If the owner is assigned, they will received an email notification to take action)
  • Status: so you know when your social post is ready to be published e.g Draft, Approval Needed, Requires Edits. Approved, etc. 
  • Actions: The action area allows to add comments to the post, should any changes required to be made. Here you can edit, duplicate or delete (Shown below)

Within the planner area there is also a filtering capability to allows you to search your social post by Status, Channel, Owners,Profiles and Dates.
