How to set up your Deal outcomes and activities

You can create activity touch point that your sales teams are most likely to use when nurturing a prospects through the sales sycle. e.g. Phone Call, Email, Client Visit, Demo, etc. 

Sales > Activitities > Actions > Manage Types

  • Select the activity that is relevant to your team
  • Allocate a thumbnail for the activity 
  • Alternatively "Add New Type" for the bespoke activity to your business 

The activities area of the platform will allow you to have a full overview oa ny pending or outstanding activities on any given day.

  • You can filter by Owner, Status, type of Contact
  • You can also view by day, week and month
