You can create activity touch point that your sales teams are most likely to use when nurturing a prospects through the sales sycle. e.g. Phone Call, Email, Client Visit, Demo, etc.
Sales > Activitities > Actions > Manage Types
- Select the activity that is relevant to your team
- Allocate a thumbnail for the activity
- Alternatively "Add New Type" for the bespoke activity to your business
The activities area of the platform will allow you to have a full overview oa ny pending or outstanding activities on any given day.
- You can filter by Owner, Status, type of Contact
- You can also view by day, week and month
