5 min. readlast update: 10.18.2023

The section gives you the ability to manage your campaigns in a more effective way, via our published tool.

With a single view of all your campaigns in one place, you can see the date the campaign was created, who created it, how many views there have been and how many leads have engaged with the campaign within each channel, easily access the campaign URL, with the additional elements of viewing more in depth results, editing, deleting, archiving and duplication features.

You are able to filter the campaigns based on their status, created date as well as searching the campaign by name.

The below outlines a breakdown of the items available within the table

  • Campaigns - This offers a quick snapshot of the campaign:
  • Campaign name (this can be customised when in edit mode of the campaign)
  • When the campaign was created
  • Who the campaign was created by
  • The status of the campaign (active or archived)
  • And the type of campaign

Views

This provides an insight at a glance of the number of users who have viewed the campaign, both those who viewed without entering their details and those who became leads. By clicking on the arrow to the left hand side of the campaign details, you can expand the campaign to see the views for each channel. The total indicates the total views collectively in all campaigns / channels.

Leads

This provides an insight at a glance of the number of lead engagements the campaign has received from being published. By clicking on the arrow to the left hand side of the campaign details, you can expand the campaign to view the lead engagement for each channel. The total indicates the total leads collectively in all campaigns / channels.

These leads are commonly those who have telephoned into your office and are internally being entered into the system, an efficient way to take messages for your colleagues. These contacts will automatically have a contact record created.

Copy URL

This allows for easy access to the URLs for all the channels associated with that campaign. By clicking on the Copy URL button, the system will add the URL to your clipboard.

Alternatively, you can click the arrow to the left hand side of the campaign, this will expand the channels within the campaign and reveal the URL to the associated channel.

Manage Options

The button offers a range of options to manage your campaigns, as listed below:

  • Results - This will take you to the results summary page for that campaign. Here you can view the collateral included in that campaign, an overview of the campaign results or the results within the last 15, 30 or 60 day time period. You can also see the views, leads, deals and sales from this area. By directing to the leads tab you can see a list of the leads engaged and by clicking on the analytics you can view the engagement % of views to leads. You can also view the leads per channel, this is a good feature if each member of your team has their own channel to analyse who had most Inbound Calls.
  • Edit - This will take you straight into the campaign editor where you can customise your campaign, update and manage your features, as well as receiving the URLs for the Inbound Call campaign.
  • Delete - This will completely delete your campaign should you no longer need it - please advise that once deleted there will be no way to retrieve it again.
  • Archive - This option is to keep an updated view of your active campaigns. By using this feature, it will simply hide it from your active campaign list. Note that these can always be found by changing the filters of your campaign, and we do not delete the campaign.
  • Duplicate - With our duplication functionality, we have made it quick and easy to duplicate your campaigns, when needed. By selecting the duplication option, it will redirect you to a copied version of your campaign. It will copy your campaign collaterals and added features.

Settings Icon

  • Group campaigns - This feature allows you to categorise your campaigns into groups and consequently, folders. This feature can be used to categorise your campaigns by subject. This is a great way to quickly see what campaigns you have published surrounding that category, allowing you to fill any gaps as required. You must have 2+ campaigns to create a group. By grouping campaigns together, it will also provide a totalled summary of how that campaign is performing (based on how many views and leads they have received). Groups are also useful to keep an organised view of your campaigns and therefore making it easier to manage rather than scrolling through a long list of campaigns.
  • Archive campaigns - This feature allows you to archive multiple campaigns at once. This will allow you to remove these currently unused campaigns from your active campaign list.
  • Delete campaigns - This feature allows you to delete multiple campaigns at once.

List View Settings

This feature allows you to adjust the viewing settings of your campaigns to your personal preference, simply turn the list view switch off and on to view in a list or tile format.

Export Plan

With some clients generating campaigns on the platform that requires additional confirmation from other users not using the platform – we have created an export functionality which will export all the campaign details needed to get your campaign approved, this can then be emailed directly to the relevant person for approval.
