Where do I find my Leads?

Welcome to our guide on where to find and manage your leads – the purpose of this guide is to provide an understanding of what your leads are, how they are generated and how you can find them on the platform.

What is a lead and how is it generated?

Leads are created on the platform when a user engages with one of your marketing campaigns via landing page forms, web forms, or pop-ups. Leads can also be generated via third-party apps and registered via Zapier integrations. Finally, leads can also be created if they have been directly added by a member of your sales and marketing team.

When a lead is created it will look to see if that contact previously existed and merge this lead together with any previous engagements (matching it based on the user's email or mobile number), otherwise, it will create a new contact record for your team to review.

Where do I find my leads?

By navigating to the Leads area on the main menu. You will find a full list of all leads that have been generated:

  • The leads are ordered by most recent first, but this can be adjusted by using the date range filter at the top.
  • You can also filter leads based on which campaign and channel they were created from.
  • Or download a CSV of all your results.
