How to Create Campaigns in Minutes!

Whether you're creating your first campaign or your 100th, this guide will help you build and launch engaging campaigns quickly.

Campaign Type

The first choose you'll need to make if what type of campaign would you like to build?

  • Lead Capture - This is a great option for capturing leads and contact information
  • Click Through - This is used to drive current audiences to an external resource for more information, i.e Blogs, Website.

Once you've decided on a campaign type it's time to decide on the collaterals you want to add:

  • Email - The promotional email you will send out to drive people to the landing page
  • Landing Page - The landing you want to drive people to
  • Post Entry Page - The thank you page the user will receive when they fill out the form on the landing page. Not available when using a click through campaign type.
  • Autoresponder - An email version of the post entry page, which can serve as a great touchpoint. Not available when using a click through campaign type.

Building Your Campaign

Now comes the fun part, let's get building!

Design

The design stage is where you will create beautiful, engaging collaterals to generate leads for your business. In each tab (Email, Landing Page, Post Entry Page, Autoresponder) you will be able to access any pre-built templates from the Design Studio or simply creating new designs on the fly! If you're choosing an existing template you can select use template to bring up the builder so you can make any changes or simply click add to campaign to move to the next collaterals.

Add Features

The add features stage of creating a campaign is where you will decide on the settings, you will be able to customise the following:

  • Lists - Choose which list you would like to add the leads to when they submit the form on the landing page. Not available when using a click through campaign type. 
  • Pipeline - Choose which pipeline, stage of pipeline and sales owner you wish to assign the lead to. Not available when using a click through campaign type. 
  • Remarketing - If you have added remarketing pixels in the settings area then you can add those pixels to the campaign landing page to grow your audience when someone visits the page.
  • Autoresponder - Send an email to a user when they submit the form, a great way to send confirmation information or promote other areas of your business. Not available when using a click through campaign type. 
  • Notifications - Send an email notification to a one of the platform users when the form on the landing page is submitted, great for alerting the sales team when they've got a new lead. Not available when using a click through campaign type.
  • Scores - Add a score to the engagement, this is great for qualifying leads. Not available when using a click through campaign type.
  • Page Settings - This feature allows you to update the page title, keywords and description used by search engines

Publish

It's time to tell the world about your amazing campaigns! From the publish stage you will be able to generate unique URLs to promote your campaigns or launch them directly to specific channels.

Launch Directly

You will be able to launch directly to the following channels:

  • Email
  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • LinkedIn
  • Google Search

Generating a unique URL

If you wish to use a channel that we currently don't publish to directly then you will be able to generate a unique URL. For example if you select Instagram and create a subchannel called Bio you can get a unique to add to your Bio and any leads that are generated will be attributed to that channel.
